What is MyBacked?
MyBacked is a record-keeping and communication tool for poker staking arrangements. We help players and backers track stakes, log sessions, calculate makeup, and settle up — replacing the spreadsheets and screenshots most people use today.
We don't take a cut of your action. We don't hold money. We don't process payments — those happen off-platform with whatever method you already use (Venmo, cash, wire). MyBacked is software for the math and the receipts; the money stays between you and the people you're doing business with.
Account help
Reset your password
Use the forgot password flow. We'll email a reset link to your registered address.
Change your email or display name
Sign in and go to Settings. Email changes require confirmation from the new address.
Delete your account
Sign in, go to Settings, then Danger Zone, then Delete Account. Your personal data is removed; financial records that other users have a stake in (sessions and settlements they verified) are preserved with your name anonymized. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are sold and managed at mybacked.com/dashboard/billing on any device. The same account works across web, iPhone, and Android.
To cancel, change plans, or update your payment method, sign in and click "Manage subscription" on the Billing page. That opens Stripe's customer portal where you can make changes directly.
For refund requests or billing disputes, email team@mybacked.com within 14 days of the charge.
Bug reports and feedback
Found something broken? Have an idea? We want to hear it. Email team@mybacked.com with as much detail as you can — what you tried, what happened, what you expected. Screenshots help. We track every report and ship fixes fast.
Privacy and security

Stakes with end-to-end encryption enabled are encrypted client-side with a key only your devices hold. We cannot recover lost encryption keys — if you lose every device that has the key, the encrypted data is unrecoverable. Always back up your key when prompted.
